As an occasional remote GP I also would like to hear. The article in yesterdays Sydney Morning Herald documenting the cuts to aboriginal health funding and the 'creative' accounting used to disguise this are of major concern and suggest that the 'crisis' has been engineered for political purpose. The insistence on removing access control of aboriginal land suggests an agenda of future economic exploitation disguised as a health intervention.
What is really happening at the workface?
Is there any intimidation of health workers preventing feedback?
