G'day

 

Here at CARPA we've been undertaking a strategic review of the organization
and planning our direction for the next 5 years.
We want to get your thoughts and have a very quick survey to complete. 

This survey is designed to: 
(1) Get a picture of the demographics of our current members and
stakeholders
(2) Allow members to give us a picture of our performance
(3) Canvass members and other stakeholders' views on the strategic direction
that CARPA should take. 
The survey should take only a few minutes, and will be completely anonymous

 

Whilst you are not necessarily members of CARPA, being a member of this
group shows your interest in remote health. I urge you to take the survey.
