Note in MD issues:

Childhood growth charts are there, they've just moved!
I've been told at least twice by HCN staff that they didn't exist,  
but it looks like they've always been there, under Clinical -  
Percentile Charts.

The preview when scanning is now working from within the Document  
Holding Bay, but not when attaching or scanning directly from a  
patient's record.
