[HCN] MD3 crashes

We still have the problem that the MD program crashes every now and then if
you use the examinations module. Sometimes it gives an error message and at
other times it simply shuts down. Usually all data that was entered in the
examination module is lost and sometimes the last few lines typed just
before the examination module was opened.

HCN support was unhelpful even after I e-mailed them the data that the error
report contained - they stated that it was likely to be a hardware clash -
unlikely as the rest of our system is working fine.

I have now given up using the exam module as it is simply too frustrating to
restart the program several times a day (happens every 5th or 6th patient)
