[HCN] MD Clipboard Bug

Hi all,

Medical-Objects have discovered a clipboard bug in MD, which has been
reported to them, but no response can be obtained.

Essentially MD copies the wrong information onto the clipboard in some
cases.

It works fine the first time its done, but after this MD will copy the
correct Text to the clipboard, but the previous patients data in RTF format.

If you paste into notepad it is correct but if you paste into word the
wrong data is present. This bug does not appear to occur on all systems
but is common, so there is probably some effect from other installed
software or system dll versions.

Medical-objects has a workaround for the Trinity Referral Client that
forces capture to text format. This results in some minor loss of
formatting but the report usually captures well anyway.

In Trinity right click the "M" tray icon and choos 'Edit Configuration"
and then 'Report capture Options' - Check the 'Clipboard Bug Workaround'
checkbox to force text capture.

This fix is present in the latest Bleeding edge version of Trinity at
http://download.medical-objects.com.au

Any help in getting the Bug addressed would be appreciated.
