[HCN] Pharmacy Viewer

This option is still in MDW3 (Tools / Links), but doesn't seem to  
work. The option lets you pick a directory for the script.out file  
but doesn't seem to save your choice.

Called the helpdesk who said that they think the pharmacy viewer  
doesn't work and they don't know if it's being worked on or not.

Perhaps a bit of PERL to read the database and spit out a text file  
is in order, Sean?
