[HCN] Pracsoft - Appointment Book gets tired at the end of the day

Have now seen this at three sites - all running the latest Pracsoft 3  
on XP Pro workstations and a Windows 2003 server.

Almost every afternoon without fail, the appointment book dies with  
an "Unexpected occurrence" error, just like it does when you  
disconnect the network with PS open. However, the waiting room and  
MD3 don't die.

This happens at the same time at each site, always between 5 and 6pm  
(QLD time).

Lodged with tech support who suspect a network error - can't find any  
evidence of this.

Any ideas?
