[HCN] pracsoft support centre problem

Hi wonder if you can assist me???

Last year I contacted tech support because I could not extract patient 
demographics with email address. Brought in my own tech support because 
I thought I was doing something wrong, he confirmed that email address 
are not a selectable field. Hcn then confirmed this was an oversight in 
the system that would be amended in 3.9......... still waiting for this 
to happen. I was advised at the time that I was the first and only 
person who has brought this to their attention???????

Contacted them again today to inquire as to the progress of this and 
have been told someone will get back to me. I am beginning to see this 
will never be fixed. Do you think it ever will be???
