Nope, none of them do inventory as far as I know, although you can  
hack it with item numbers - but if your products have parameters (like  
colour, size) you will probably be better off with something like MYOB  
retail manager kept separate from your appointment book / clinical  
billing.

I did see a plastic surgeon who sold skin stuff and had bought an  
American system which did inventory and clinical billing, but this was  
a poor solution and they ended up using two systems anyway.
